- Domaine Gayda
- Chemin de Moscou 2007
- Deep purple, almost opaque in colour with an expressive nose of black fruits, pepper, cinnamon, spice and violets. A seductive palate of dark hedgerow fruits, very open and welcoming with an explosion of fruit and spice. Mineral undertones.
Mouthfilling. Rich and round. Polished. Very fine. Savoury.
Packed with dark fruit, spices and some meaty notes, good structure, balanced and rich body, good length.

- Cuvée Occitane Rouge 2006
- Ruby red with some purple highlights. Vibrant, expressive nose of red and black fruits, pepper, spice and “garrigue”. A full bodied wine, with an expansive mouthfeel, integrated tannins and a long, silky finish.

- Cuvée Occitane Blanc 2008
- Deep gold colour, very aromatic, with hints of stonefruit and honeysuckle. A rich full bodied wine with real depth, weight and concentration and a hint of oak to add further complexity. A lot of personality.
Slightly smoky. Good, racy stuff.
Crisp and fruity with plenty of
peach and Fuji apple flavors, accented
by rich spicy notes. Rich creamy notes
fill the finish.

- Figure Libre Cabernet Franc Cabernet Sauvignon 2008
- Opaque, perfumed with fragrant black cherry and cassis. Full bodied, intense with countless layers of flavour including blackcurrant, cedar and graphite. Dense fruit on the palate is bound by a structure of fine grained tannins and a lively acidity.

- Pale gold with lovely aromas of grapefruit and citrus. Medium to full-bodied with an elegant mouthfeel, subtle toasted overtones and a lively dry, mineral finish.

- Gayda Cépages - Grenache 2008
- Displays an explosive red fruit profile with moderate grippy tannins, surprising acidity and an elegance and impressive longevity on the finish. This is a serious Grenache, with a purity of fruit and concentration.
Very dark crimson, sweet. Much cooler than Châteauneuf - a cool
rendition. Without the weight of Southern Rhône.

- Gayda Cépages - Syrah 2008
- Very deep colour, opaque. Black pepper, liquorice and spice. A full bodied wine, with layers of black fruits, pepper and moderate tannins.
In the international wine competition “Syrah du Monde 2009” our Domaine Gayda Cépages Syrah 2007 not only won a gold medal award but came in the top 10 of world Syrah’s. Equally as outstanding is the fact that we rank first place for France. This year’s “Syrah du Monde” brought together 397 wines from 27 countries.
Vincent Chansault (the winemaker) is a big fan of the Rhône. Very good structure. Cool and sleek and very polished. Very, very fresh. Very un-languedoc!

- Pale lemon gold with an explosive nose. Lovely flavours of apricot, peach and acacia blossom give way to an elegance and freshness balancing perfectly the richness of the grape.

- Bright, clear wine with green tints. Vibrant nose of lemon and lime and tropical fruits, all underpinned by a streak of minerality which lifts and enhances the aromas. Clean, fresh on the palate with hints of grapefruit, mango and gooseberry with a long, crisp finish.

- Deep pink colour, with aromas of strawberries and cream. Summer fruits, fresh lively style with crisp acidity, good weight and a well balanced finish.

- Red fruit and hints of spice on the nose. Plenty of structure. Soft tannins give this medium bodied wine a classic Syrah palate. Subtle oak nuances help to smooth out the long finish.
Firm with well focused white pepper, graphite and dark plum flavors. Th e spicy finish features hints of rasberry and vanilla bean.

- Red fruit and hints of spice on the nose. Plenty of structure. Soft tannins give this medium bodied wine a classic Syrah palate. Subtle oak nuances help to smooth out the long finish.

- Three Winds Pinot Noir 2008
- Classic cherry notes with red fruit. Very typical of the variety. Smooth on the palate, subtle oak nuances round off the great mouth feel and long finish.

- Sélection Chenin Blanc 2008
- Shiny gold appearance. Pronounced nose of candied stone and exotic fruits, pineapple and apricot confit, orange confit, quince and honey. On the palate a powerful and intense sweetness is underpinned by a crisp backbone of acidity leading to a long and impressive finish.
