Wine tasting in the Aude
Dive into the heart of Domaine Gayda and see how each of our unique wines reflect the diversity of the Languedoc-Roussillon ‘terroirs’.
Enjoy a personalised tasting with one of our experts, where they will guide you through the winemaking process and explain the typicity of the grape variety and the uniqueness of each blend.
This will also be an opportunity to discover more about the history of the Domaine.
Tastings are available, with or without a reservation, subject to availability within our opening hours.

Visit the vineyard and wine cellar before tasting a selection of wines
Domaine Gayda offers an experience that guides you through the art of winemaking.
What is included in a guided tour and tasting?
You will be accompanied on a tour of the vineyard, to learn about our organic growing practices, how our history and philosophy influence our work and the drive we have to make exceptional wines from each grape harvest.
The tour continues into the cellar and the winery to give you a closer look at the winemaking process. A personalised tasting of our cuvées, reflecting the diversity of the Languedoc-Roussillon ‘terroirs’, completes the experience.
Blending Workshop
A new experience!
Our blending workshop is aimed at providing you with a fully immersive experience,
where you can learn and experiment winemaking for yourself.
What does this workshop involve?
Experience, first-hand, the role of the Winemaker during a blending workshop and create your own wine from different varietals of organic wines from our winery.
Guided by an expert, your objective will be to determine the particularities of each varietal and create your own unique blend using your newly acquired knowledge.
Who is this workshop for ?
Beginners, enthusiasts and experts are all welcome! Take advantage of this activity to experience a fun and friendly learning experience.

Food & Wine Pairing Workshop
The adventures don’t end there…
Join us for a Food and Wine Pairing Workshop, where you will learn the secrets of pairing food and wine.
What does this workshop consist of?
Dive into an explosion of flavours: from starter to dessert, the restaurant ‘Côté Resto’ offers you a unique menu during which one of our experts will accompany you in the
selection of wines to compliment each course.
This unique workshop will adopt a different menu for each season of the year.

This workshop is for all wine and gastronomy lovers who wish to discover or improve their knowledge of food and wine pairings.
