Tasting Notes: 

Appealingly floral and fruity on the nose. Toasty, stone fruit, mineral with good weight and depth on the palate. Fresh finish.

Vinification process: 

Pneumatic Press
Cold Settling
20% fermentation in one year Oak barrels and 80% fermentation in stainless steel vats between 14°C and 16°C

On the lees with “Bâtonnage” during 6 months for the barrels – Blending and Bottling.
